Hong Kong

- Collection from SF Express Service Centres / SF Express shops / SF Lockers or delivery: For orders under HKD 300.00, the delivery and handling fee is HKD 40.00; enjoy free delivery for orders of HKD 300.00 or above.
- For collection from SF Express Service Centres, SF Express stores or SF Lockers please include the shop’s address as Shipping Address.
- Customers will receive an email with a tracking number when the order is ready to be shipped, you may check on the latest status at SF Express’ Website.
- if a customer has opt to collect the order from SF Express Service Centres / SF Express shops / SF Lockers and has not collected within time frame specified by SF Express, the surcharge incurred will be borne by the customer and to be paid to SF Express directly.

Macau

- For orders under HKD 400.00, the delivery and handling fee is HKD 50.00; enjoy free delivery for orders of HKD 400.00 or above.
- Recipient's name to be provided must be the same as shown on identification document for verification upon delivery.

Terms and Conditions

- Prices and offers available at Baby Time Hong Kong's website may vary from other sales channels, related prices and offers are available via the specific channel only.
- Once the order is placed no cancellation or refund is allowed. If an item is with quality issue please contact us with 7 days from date of purchase for follow-up, any issues received after 7 days will not be handled. Customers will need to provide: 1. the product in its original packaging, manual and all accessories 2. original receipt of the purchase (copies not accepted). Exchange of products will not be arranged if customer could not provide items listed. Once it is confirmed that the product is with quality issue we will arrange for an exchange, each order can only be processed for exchange of product once.
- Exchange would not be arranged if 1. the item has been used, or 2. if the customer has purchased products with models, patterns, volume, size or colour different from intended purchase preference.
- Colour shown on website may be different from actual products due to different screen settings, no exchange would be accepted for this reason.
- No refund will be accepted for all orders.
- By placing an order, customers agree to the terms above. Baby Time Hong Kong shall have the final decision in case of dispute.
